Needed to increase production by 40%. Robots were added and design
modifications were developed for the paint spray booth. A complete sludge recovery
system with an automatic centrifuge was installed to handle the high paint loads.

An existing "E" style water wash booth using very high paint loads / volume. The paint
sludge build up along with the absence of a chemical format created a severe
operational maintenance problem. A booth design modification along with a sludge
recovery system was added.
