The Green Revolution dry filter paint spray booth (patent pending) and existing paint booth modification assemblies have been designed by Paint Recovery Technologies and has shown major increase in filter capacity and length of time between filter changes. This will save substantial cost on filters and the reduction of maintenance time used for changing filters – in turn cutting disposal cost and storage of large quantities of filter media.
The paint booth configuration and sizing of filter column are determined by required cfm and air flow velocity needed. The rotation of the filter column is controlled by manual operation or can use the option of being pneumatic controlled.
