Click on and discover the newest Dry Filter booth for the 21st century. The Green Revolution booth was developed to greatly improve the operation and maintenance characteristics of dry filter paint spray booths.
The Revolution dry filter paint spray booth and existing paint booth modification assemblies have been designed by Paint Recovery Technologies (patent pending) and has shown major increase in filter capacity and length of time between filter changes. This will save substantial cost on filters and the reduction of maintenance time used for changing filters – in turn cutting disposal cost and storage of large quantities of filter media.
The paint booth configuration and sizing of filter column are determined by required cfm and air flow velocity needed. The rotation of the filter column is controlled by manual operation or can use the option of being pneumatic controlled. This ensures maximum efficiency of overspray build up in a concentrated location of the filter column. The column will be turned periodically to utilize this design feature.
As booths get larger (12ft and over) additional columns are incorporated into the design. Also, we can add on to existing paint booths by expanding the width for specific needs. This will ensure approximately 60% increase in filter capacity and a more constant air flow.
The design is also incorporated into other booths including downdraft and bench-type.
The filter media is sized and packaged to fit easily into the rotary column.
