We would like to introduce our site and company, P.R.T. Inc.
We:
· Are specialists with paint spray booth systems concerning
booth efficiency, all water wash booths, and paint sludge recovery systems.
· Want to inform companies on the newest way to improve their booth efficiency and how to
effectively remove paint sludge and other particle from paint booths and washers.
. Will design new paint booths and paint sludge recovery systems or evaluate existing for
upgrade.
· Also supply dry filter and automotive booths, piping, sheet metal fabrication, fans and stack;
along with installation and startup.
. We would like to give a short introduction to our company and it's personnel. The personnel at
P.R.T. Inc have come from Binks-Samas with 30 years experience.
Because of the need to find a better way of having paint spray booths work more efficiently, in
1985 the focus was aimed at not only the paint booths but to combine the booths with a very
successful paint sludge recovery system.
By the design of the booths and the paint sludge recovery, it will greatly increase the efficiency
and reduce the down time and maintenance.
There are three important steps needed to achieve these results.
# 1 Design and application of the correct spray booth and sludge recovery system.
# 2 Centrifuge used to effectively remove these solids.
# 3 Chemical program applied for specific paint usage.
